Remote Management

The LeafNut remote monitoring system can be managed wirelessly by laptop or desktop computer from anywhere in the world. It uses sophisticated ground-breaking WiMAC CMS technology, which provides the operator with a secure Internet connection enabling control of each individual street light.

Wireless communication through the web-based software allows comprehensive data to be sent and received by each lantern, quickly providing detailed and accurate reports including power consumption data and lamp monitoring. In addition, the software has been cleverly designed to provide perpetual upgrades to the system. This can be done without the need for any user input.

The LeafNut remote monitoring system also incorporates full system diagnostics including reduced power, failed to strike, thermal shutdown and aged lamp shutdown, as well as ballast timeout, time reset and uhf communication failure. In addition, it supports CDM, CDO, HPS, CPO, SON and Philips CosmoPolis lamps.
